Life Drawing at OMAH
Kathryn will be facilitating another six-week life drawing session this spring at OMAH (The Orillia Museum of Art and History), in downtown Orillia, ON. Life drawing begins in March 2023. If there are enough registrants, we would love to offer two classes on Thursdays. One class will be in the afternoon from 1pm-4pm, the other in the evening from 6pm-9pm. If you are interested in either one of these classes, please do register as soon as possible! We won’t be able to run both sessions without enough bodies.

“Join your instructor, artist Kathryn Kaiser, for OMAH’s 6-week life drawing class exploring the human form. Using nude and costumed models, participants will learn gesture drawing, anatomy, proportions and mass while trying different mediums such as charcoal, paint, ink and mixed media. Lessons also include using your non-dominant hand to draw, two-handed drawing techniques and blind contour drawings. Basic supplies are included, and participants are welcome to bring their favourite materials to work with.
Basic drawing materials (and easels) provided.
