Our Design

Our 3D Cotton Face Covering samples are comfortable, breathable, adjustable and fit very well on a variety of shapes and sizes. Customers appreciate the way this face mask sits away from their faces slightly, to enable talking, laughing and yawning without their mask sliding off. Construction & Materials

These face coverings are made from two layers of pre-washed 100% cotton, with casing to allow you to both adjust, and/or change out the tie. You may order your mask with or without nose wires. Nose wires are recommended if you wear eyeglasses.

Face coverings without nose wires are designed with slight scoops around the nose for a better fit. However, if you do wish to order a face covering a without nose wire and you wear glasses, it is recommended that you try one without the scoops. This will enable you to wear your glasses over top of your face covering to prevent fogging.

If you have previously ordered 3D Face Covering Samples from us and do not see your fabric, please ask. We do have other fabrics in stock.

Note that your fabric will not show on final product image. Fabric selection will be noted at checkout.

When choosing your fabric options please select a separate first, and second choice fabric for each mask in your order. This way, you will get a fabric you choose. Thank you for your understanding.

Tie Options

We have three tie options to choose from: Bungee-style Elastic (think pony tail elastic), Nylon Paracord (non-stretchy soft nylon cord like a hoodie drawstring) or soft and stretchy, 3-ply Ear Loops. If you have ordered a tie option that doesn’t work for you, we now have ties available to purchase individually here.

Sizing & Fit

We carry child and adult sized face coverings. Adult 3D Cotton Face Coverings come in small, medium, large and extra large. These face coverings only cover where they need to (not ear to ear). Because of the extra space around your mouth and nose, the sizing is generous, and the ties allow you even more flexibility in fit.

You have the option of ordering with or without scoops. Briefly, scoops are small cut-outs at the top edge of the face coverings that allow a better fit around your eyes, if your face covering has no nose wire. See images in the Finding Your Size link below.
