Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Verity Blue Studio. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would like to assist. Please read the return & refund policy below.


Exchanges are generally not a problem. Just make sure the item is in original condition. No exchanges will be given for damaged items, and no exchanges on personal and/or wearable items such as jewelry and face coverings.


You have 15 days to return an item from the original purchase date. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in its original condition. The item must be returned either in its original packaging, or suitable replacement, with a receipt or proof of purchase. No returns on personal wearable items such as the 3D Cotton Face Covering or jewelry.

Renting or Leasing

Please talk to us if you would like to lease a piece (for staging for example). Arrangements can be made for this. We will ask a damage deposit, and keep back what we need to cover any damages.


Sorry, no refunds over 30 days from purchase. Please talk to us about any repairs and/or restoration if something has been damaged. We will do whatever we can to help you in restoring any damaged work or items.


You are responsible for shipping the item you are returning. In most cases, if you are local, we can arrange pick up. Please send all returns to: 105 Orr Farm Rd, Coldwater, ON L0K 1E0, Canada

Lessons & Workshops

In order to be assured a full refund, you must notify us of a cancellation at least 5 days prior to a class, and 10 days prior to a workshop. Please keep in mind we need to cover instructor and model costs. We cannot guarantee that monies will be refunded either in full or in part, if notice is given after this time period. You are welcome, however, to find someone to take your place in the class or workshop.

Please Note:
  • This time period may change according to specific instructors needs. We will let you know what the cancellation period is in this case.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the specified number of days and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any bookings cancelled after the aforementioned deadlines are subject to a 20% minimum cancellation fee.
