Thank you for choosing Verity Blue Studio. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will assist however we are able. We are happy when you are. Please read our return & refund policy below.


Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot guarantee either a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an item return, your purchase must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (including face coverings), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We have set limits on refunds and/or studio credit for workshops and classes. Please see below.

  • Personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
  • Classes and/or workshops cancelled by you after the cut off dates (see below)
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Artwork with signs of damage not due to our error
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Workshop and/or Class Refunds

If your workshop or class is cancelled by us for any reason, we will issue you a full refund. We make every attempt to cancel scheduled courses at least 14 days prior to commencement. You must cancel any group workshops or classes at least 10 days before the start date of the course/workshop to receive a full refund. We ask that you cancel any private classes at least 4 days before your class to receive a full refund, and at least 2 days prior to receive a studio credit. 

Please keep in mind we need to cover instructor and model costs. We cannot guarantee that monies will be refunded either in full or in part, if notice is given after this time period. You are welcome, however, to find someone to take your place in the class or workshop.

Please Note:
  • This time period may change according to specific instructors needs. We will let you know what the cancellation period is in this case.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the specified number of days and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any bookings cancelled after the aforementioned deadlines are subject to a 20% minimum cancellation fee.

Item Refunds

You have 30 days to return an item from the original purchase date. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in its original condition. The item must be returned either in its original packaging, or suitable replacement, with a receipt or proof of purchase. No returns on personal wearable items such as our 3D Cotton Face Covering. Sorry, no refunds over 30 days from purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This time frame is usually within one week.

Please talk to us about any repairs and/or restoration if something has been damaged. We will do whatever we can to help you in restoring any damaged artwork or other products.

Late or missing refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but may be available for a studio credit. 


Exchanges are generally not a problem. Just make sure the item is in original condition. No exchanges will be given for damaged items, and no exchanges on personal and/or wearable items such as face coverings or earrings. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, either by us, or in shipping. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for shipping the item you are returning. In most cases, if you are local, we can arrange pick up or drop off. Please send all returns to: Verity Blue Studio, 105 Orr Farm Rd, Coldwater, ON L0K 1E0, Canada. See map here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Renting or Leasing Artwork

We ask for a deposit upon pickup, and will keep back any monies needed to cover any damages, if damage occurs.
